How booking with us works
Three steps, in order. Each one happens before the next — this is not three ways of saying the same thing.

You choose the nights, and the price is settled
You pay the total shown, to us. Those dates come off the site immediately — there is one unit on them, and leaving them listed while a booking is being completed would be dishonest.

We place the reservation in your name
We reserve the accommodation with the property under your name, then send you the property’s own confirmation once it is issued. That confirmation number is the one the front desk needs.

You check in as the guest
You arrive, show identification that matches the reservation name, and check in. The desk sees an ordinary guest reservation.
What to expect at check-in
Your reservation will be in your name at the property’s front desk. We send the property’s own confirmation separately, once it has been issued. Bring photo identification that matches the name on the reservation. If anything does not match at check-in, contact us before you leave the desk — we can reach the property while you are standing there, which is far faster than sorting it out afterwards.

- Are you affiliated with the resorts named on this site?
- No. Wayrali is an independent booking platform operated by Filone Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton, Bluegreen Vacations, or any resort brand. A property name appears here to say where a stay is, and nothing more.
- Can I book on this site right now?
- No. There is no online checkout and no automated booking engine yet, so nothing on this site reserves accommodation by itself. Dates are arranged by talking to us, and a booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and payment has been taken. This answer changes the day that does.
- Why is so little available?
- Because we sell nights we hold the right to occupy ourselves, rather than reselling from a general pool. We list dates as they open, and there may be only one thing on the whole site.
- Is the price shown the total?
- Yes. The price is the accommodation charge, every tax by jurisdiction, and any fee we charge, itemised before you are asked for card details. Nothing appears at the last step that was not visible at the first.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. The cancellation policy page sets out the terms in full, including the unconditional full refund you have if you cancel within 14 calendar days of booking. That page is still marked as a draft under review, and it says so at the top of it.
