The non-affiliation statement below is not provisional. It is a statement of fact about who we are, and review will not soften it. The draft marking on this page applies to the legal framing around that statement, not to the statement itself.
No affiliation with any resort or hotel brand
Wayrali is an independent booking site operated by Filone Inc., a Florida corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, certified by, or in any partnership, agency, franchise, licensing or joint venture relationship with Hilton, Hilton Grand Vacations, Bluegreen, Marriott, or any other resort or hotel brand named anywhere on this site.
No resort or hotel company has authorised us to act on its behalf, and we do not claim that any has. Nothing on this site — no page, no email, no image, no phrase, no arrangement of words — should be read as suggesting otherwise. If any part of it reads that way to you, that is a defect in our site and we want to hear about it.
We name a brand for exactly one reason: to tell you where a stay physically is. That is a factual statement about a location and nothing more. It is not a claim of any relationship, and it is not a claim of any approval.
Trademarks
Resort, hotel and brand names appear on this site as plain text. All such names, marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
We do not reproduce resort logos, brand colours, brand typefaces or badge designs anywhere on this site, and we do not use them in advertising. If you believe we have used a mark in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist, write to support@wayrali.com and we will change it rather than argue about it.

What you are actually booking
You are booking nights. Specific dates, in specific accommodation, that we hold the right to occupy and let.
You are not buying points, a membership, a club enrolment, a right to future stays, a resale service, or any interest in real property. There is no programme to join, there is no presentation to sit through, and nobody will pitch you one.
Whose stay it is
Every stay on this site today is one we hold ourselves.
If that ever changes — if a stay is sold and fulfilled by a third-party provider rather than by us — it will be labelled wherever it appears, it will never carry our own direct mark, and it will never be mixed in with ours. Who takes your money is not a detail. It decides who you call when something goes wrong, and you should be able to see it at a glance.

Property information
Descriptions, amenity lists, unit configurations and check-in times on this site are general guidance. Properties change their facilities, hours and policies without telling us. The property is the authority on its own premises, and anything that would change your decision to travel is worth confirming with them directly.

Prices and availability
A price shown is the full amount payable to us, including taxes and any fee we charge, and is accurate at the time it is displayed.
Availability shown is real. We do not list dates that cannot be booked, we do not manufacture scarcity, and there are no countdowns, no “others are viewing this” notices, and no struck-through prices anywhere on this site. When we say there is one of something, there is one of it.
Charges the property collects on arrival are not included in our price and are not paid to us.
No registration, licence or accreditation is claimed
We do not hold, and we do not claim to hold, a Florida Seller of Travel registration, a travel agency licence, a surety bond, professional indemnity cover, or any industry accreditation, award or certification. If you see something on this site that implies otherwise, it is wrong and we will remove it.
Where the law requires a registration for something we do, we will obtain it before doing that thing, and this page will say so on the day it changes.
Attorney review
[Attorney review] Whether the Florida Seller of Travel regime under Fla. Stat. ch. 559, part XI reaches this business as it currently operates, and from what point it would, needs a view before launch. This page states plainly that no registration is held. That is true today and must be corrected the day it stops being true — including the advertisement legend the statute requires of registrants.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any form of property interest. If you hold occupancy rights at a property and are considering letting them, the rules that apply to you come from your own documents and your own property — not from us.
